example:
set the alarm to repeat 5 days a week 10 min before your lunch break, if your phone is "not sleeping" (your using/looking at your phone) you will get an onscreen notification alarm.

for best use, we suggest you turn OFF the notification center and change the ALERT STYLE to "ALERTS"
